Laura Linney (born February 5 1964 New York New York U.S.) American actress best recognized for her strong but weak characters. Linney is from a theatre-loving family. Her father named Romulus Linney was a renowned writer. She studied Arts Theatre School at Moscow and then earned her M.F.A. from Juilliard School. New York City was her first stop in 1990.
